Cancellations & Refunds
For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made a full 14 days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. E.g..: Check-in is on 20th October (3:00pm), cancel by 6th October (no later than 3:00pm).
Additional fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
Any service fee is non-refundable.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you're charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given directly within 24 hours of check-in.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page or confirm by email about the cancellation.
Security Deposit is a pre-authorisation (hold of a particular amount) placed on your card (typically on the arrival day) & it’s automatically released after check-out.
RESERVATIONS
To reserve a property the full payment is require in order to secure the booking, if any refund is applicable, this will only be available 14 days prior to arrival.
Reservations are subject to availability.
A security deposit of 300-600 GBP is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Kindly note all guests are liable for any damage made to the property as well as fixtures and fittings during their stay and this also includes smoking in the premises and and loss of keys.
Please note that PARTIES are NOT allowed at any of our properties, please respect our neighbours.
Please note the lead guest must be 25 years and older.
