Apartments Policies

We have strict policies for NOT SMOKING AND PARTIES/GATHERINGS at any of the apartments at all the times, fines of up to £500.00 may apply and you may be persecuted for breaking this law, all the properties are located on residential areas and as if this were your apartment, we encourage you to respect other people in the building and look after the property, Quiet Hours are between 8pm & 8am. 

All Apartments vary on size and locations and occupancy cannot be exceed at any time ( Max number of guests/visitors is limited to those mentioned on your booking )

WE RESPECT our neighbours and local regulations and encourage the guests to respect the quiet hours Normally between 8pm & 8am. We monitored all our Apartments on a daily basis via night patrol, other residents and alarm noise devices; Roomonitor measurement system uses algorithms to analyse the patterns of noise, in this way there is no need to record the audio in the apartment and the privacy of your guests will be totally safe.

 
 
 

OUR SERVICES

Our prices are inclusive of all utility bills (Water, Electricity, Gas), Council tax, TV Licenses, WIFI, Toiletries and Fresh Linen & Towels and a Weekly Cleaning service as well as a Meet & Great with most of our Reservations.

All Apartments vary on size and locations; Rates vary accordingly with the Apartment, Location, Season & Length of the Stay, CITY STAY APARTS simplify the booking process by offering fixed rates for Preferred Network Partners & Corporate Accounts.

CITY STAY APARTS have a Minimum Stay in all our properties of 90 Days apply, in some occasions may be able to accommodate some bookings for shorter periods, please contact us directly for request.

All our prices are displayed in GBP ( £/Pound Sterling ), All Our Apartments rates are based on Occupancy and Standard Facilities, Extra Services and Special Requirements may involve extra fees.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and won't share any information provided to us to third parties, please be aware that some booking partners when booking directly with them would send you promotions and offers form time to time.

When staying with us we would never disturb you in the property, but sometimes we need to send our Team around to check the Apartments, we'll let you know overtime someone would come to the property.

Security

Security deposits are required for each apartment at check-in, this would be a pre-autoization on your credit/debit card and fully refundable at the end of the stay subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

All our properties are located in modern and secure building, but please always lock doors when leaving the premises, notice some properties, you may need to closed the door with the key, otherwise the door would one unlock.

 
 
 

Cancellations & Refunds

Refundable rate, We have a strict cancellation policy of 14 days prior to arrival, only bookings cancelled before would be fully refunded on this rate unless agreed by us.

Non-refundable rate, No refund is possible when booked on this rate unless agreed by us.
