T&C's

Please note that we have strict policies on all Apartments:

No smoking

Not suitable for pets

No parties or events

Check-in is from 3PM

NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES ( Including any type of Gathering ) Penalties of up to £500.00 may apply.

Parties are NOT permitted in the apartments; penalties will apply to those breaking this rule. 

Please note that we currently have a minimum age limit of 25 unless you're part of a family group.

Max occupancy shall not exceed those mentioned on your booking at all the times during the stay, this includes Visitors and guests.

If you're under the age of 25 you can contact the office where depending on the circumstances we will try to accommodate you.

HOW TO CHECK-IN ?

Please note that Key collection / check in takes place in our Offices Located in Camden Town, unless pre-arranged or agreed ( ID and a valid Credit Card required ) Alternatively check-in at the apartment is possible with the meet/great charge from £30.00.

Cleaning fee from £45.00 ( This is excluded from the nightly price )

Please note Check-in is from 2pm & Check-Out is until 11am.

Office Check-in: 
10am - 6pm Monday to Friday
11am - 3pm Saturday

Please be aware that our office is closed on sundays, however you’re welcome to check in at the apartment! (once ID and payments have been confirmed).
If you would like to have a member of staff present for your check in please note that there will be an additional £50.00.

Check-in at the property - £30.00 ( Office Hours ) £50.00 ( After Office Hours )

Late check out fee £50.00/hour ( *Unless agreed )

Lost key - Missing key charge - £50.00

For special requests such as baby cots there may be an additional charge.

Please inform City Stay Aparts of your expected arrival time in advance.

HOW TO CHECK-out ?

Check-out time is by 11am, Late check out fee £50.00/hour ( *Unless agreed )

Once your booking is finished you just have to leave the key inside the apartment, the cleaning time would come at 11am to inspect the flat and get the keys.

EXTRA FEES

Security Deposit from £300.00 to £1200.00

Cleaning fee from £45.00 ( Per stay or if you required extra cleaning )

Late check-out £50.00/Per hour ( *Unless agreed )

Lost key - Missing key charge - £50.00

Baby cot £10.00/Per night

Extra towels & bed linen from £5.00 ( *Unless agreed )

Extra services from £30.00 

Parking from £3.00/per hour ( *When available and not available at all properties )

Luggage

You can leave your luggage in some cases at our offices while you wait for your apartment to be ready or if your flight is later on, please notice that we are not open on Sundays or Bank Holidays, Confirm with us before.

INSURANCE DISCLAIMERs

We do provide liability insurance in all of our apartments and every guest is covered when staying with us for incidents in-between the flats, however we do not provide cover for personal items lost in our properties, all the Apartments have a safe box and we encourage the guest to use it; most travel websites do provide a content insurance as part of the reservations*.

Please contact your reservation agent or travel insurance.
